DJSsenger
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-08-21
These terms govern your use of DJSsenger, the platform DJs use to collect song requests and run polls, and audiences use to request tracks and vote. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
1. What the service does
DJSsenger is a live interaction tool. The DJ opens a session, shares a link or QR code, and the crowd sends requests and votes from the browser. Requests are suggestions: what gets played, and when results are revealed, is always the DJ's decision.
2. Accounts and minimum age
- You need an email-verified account to request songs, vote, or run sessions as a DJ.
- You must be at least 16 (or your country's legal minimum) to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Duplicate accounts created to inflate votes will be removed.
3. Roles: DJ and audience
The DJ controls the session: opening and closing requests, moderating the queue, marking tracks as played or rejected, running polls, and deciding when the ranking is revealed. The audience only sees its own requests and votes until the DJ reveals results.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the text you submit (title, artist, message to the DJ). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to display it inside the relevant session and in the DJ's history, solely to operate the service.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or harassing content, including messages to the DJ.
- Vote manipulation: multiple accounts, automation, bots or scripts.
- Impersonating another person, DJ, venue or brand.
- Attempting to access other users' data, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the infrastructure.
- Reselling or transferring your account or an event pass.
6. Usage limits and anti-abuse
We apply rate limits per user and per session (for example, a maximum number of requests within a few minutes) to protect the experience. We may adjust those limits and temporarily suspend features when we detect abuse.
7. Plans, payment and renewal
- The Free plan is free of charge and has session, audience and request limits published on the pricing page.
- The Resident plan is a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- The Event Pass is a one-off 24-hour pass with no renewal.
- Prices include applicable taxes. You may request a refund within 14 days if you have not used the service in a session with a real audience.
- Non-payment or a failed charge downgrades the account to Free; data is kept per the retention periods in the privacy policy.
8. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available during events, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance. We are not responsible for the venue's network or the audience's devices.
9. Suspension and termination
We may remove content, restrict features or close accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice except where there is immediate risk to other users or to the service. You can close your account at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost event revenue, or the DJ's musical decisions.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify material changes in the app with reasonable notice. Spanish law applies; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their EU country of residence.
12. Contact
Use the in-app feedback button for any question about these terms.
